-Capacité à développer de nouvelles relations à un niveau stratégique et à mettre en place
des plans d'action .
-Expérience de la vente de services et solutions informatiques .
-Excellent Anglais , l'Allemand est un net avantage.
-Formation IT avec expérience commerciale.
-Une expérience dans la gestion de projets est également souhaitée.

We are looking for one of our customers for the following profile:
Responsibilities:
The Program Manager is responsible for planning, organization, scheduling, follow up, problem resolution and status reporting on Group Finance Projects. He/She will ensure that each project is completed on time and within budget, that the deliverables meet requirements .
The Program Manager will be responsible for initiating new projects with project sponsors, documenting scope, benefits, approach, risks and constraints; Prepare, maintain and publish project budgets, including all expenses, such as hardware, software, development, and support resources, etc. Duties include evaluating project requirements, software packages.
Key responsibilities . Manage demand for IT resources . Gather requirements from users for enhancements. Analyze requirements and advise Divisional Management on necessity and feasibility. . Arrange and coordinate User Acceptance Testing of enhancements
. Advise on procurement or development of new systems
. Control project reporting, quality and resources Act as an IT liaison between the Group Finance operational business and IT and be the vocal point for IT matters for the Group Finance operational business . Ensure tight security is maintained for all Client and Company confidential data.
This role is responsible for coordinating the engagement of other IT constituencies, such as EDP Audit, Global Architecture, and Production Management.
Experience Required
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of ten years experience in project and program management, primarily in applications planning, process reengineering, development and support. Demonstrated proficiency in accounting and financial reporting is required. Experience in financial and management accounting and/or the Trust Industry is highly desirable.
The successful candidate must have strong management skills with experience managing direct and indirect reports. Candidates must have the ability to collaborate with peers and business leaders. Individuals should possess good technology skills and should have strong project and process management skills, including vendor management and software package implementation. A University degree in a related field is required and an advanced degree would be a decided plus.
Demonstrated knowledge and skill in leadership. Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills including oral and written English. Experience dealing with Senior Management. Availability and willingness to occasionally travel .
Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, and PowerPoint is required. Excellent presentation skills are required. Experience with Niku’s Clarity System, Oracle Financials, SAP is a definite a plus.
